Thanks for visiting my page! My name is Ashley Fletcher & I am the owner of my little salon called Vintage in Richland, WA. I fulfill my passion for this industry by working behind the chair as a colorist, stylist and extension specialist. I opened up Vintage in February of 2015 with the goal to create an environment that not only inspired me but challenged me (and all the women who decided to take the ride with me) to be the absolute best version of myself.
I am so in love with my profession and am so very fortunate to be able to also call it my hobby. With my future in mind and the constant need for self improvement I have branched out into other areas of the beauty industry to compliment my time behind the chair. In May 2018, I became certified as a Plasma Fibroblasting Technician and have thoroughly enjoyed the work I get to perform on my clients. In August 2017, I started in the permanent makeup field and in April 2019 I was certified to perform a more advanced technique called Microfusion (a different way to make your brows flawless) and then received my Nanoblading technique certification shortly after. In July 2019, I received my Master Certification from Babe Hair Company and in 2021 I became certified in Invisible Bead Extensions and now am able to perform 5 types of hair extensions. Like many of my fellow artists, my top priority is to help people feel better about themselves all while rocking the #girlboss attitude.

You will often find my guests and I talking about life and having quite a few laughs in the process. My goal is to make people feel at home when they walk into Vintage. You'll be greeted by my friendly team and offered water, a gourmet coffee, tea, beer, hard seltzer, wine, or a mimosa to help you relax while being pampered.
I specialize in haircuts, particularly bobs, but my skills aren't limited to that. I love creating custom hair colors for my guests while educating them on what will work best for their hair type and lifestyle. I am also a specialist in healthy blonding and educate my clients in techniques that will keep their blonde hair healthy for the long haul. The longer I am in this industry, the more I learn about my strengths and weaknesses. Working with thick hair is definitely a strength of mine. Navigating thick hair is challenging but the most rewarding. Educating myself on new techniques is top priority in this ever changing industry. Instagram is a huge platform for inspiration and I love seeing what my fellow hairstylists are up to.

Last, but certainly not least, my family is the reason I work so incredibly hard. I strive to create a life that they're proud of. My husband, Jesse, and I call a small farm outside of the Tri-Cities, home. We welcomed our son, Dax, into this world in 2016 and our daughter, Willa, in 2020. It's been nothing short of an adventure ever since. It is so important to us to show our children what hard work and dedication looks like. They will no doubt be involved in the salon and our family farm throughout their lives.
